Mortgage Broker Sentenced In Fraud Scheme (WLBT 3 Jackson)

A mortgage broker has been sentenced in connection to a mortgage fraud scheme in Madison County. Toby Goss was doing business as Consolidated Mortgage and Mississippi Mortgage in Jackson. Goss was sentenced to 57 months in federal prison and three years unsupervised release.

JACKSON — According to Dunn Lampton, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Mississippi, Toby Goss, a mortgage broker doing business as Consolidated Mortgage and Mississippi Mortgage in Jackson, has been sentenced to 57 months in federal prison and three years' supervised release.
